Our eggs are free range and our chicken, beef, pork and lamb are from local farms in the surrounding hills and valleys. We try to source sustainable local fish wherever possible. However sourcing the good stuff is useless without properly skilled chefs, determined to turn it into tasty plates of good food.
Head chef Sam Pierce leads the team in creating everything from pub classics to superb specials and delicious desserts.
Our extensive range of drinks includes; 8 cask ales, 3 lagers, over 30 wines plus a wide variety of spirits and malts. Soft drinks are available on tap or freshly ground coffee and speciality teas can be made just the way you like.
