~ Pan Fried Hake served on a shellfish chowder of clams, sat on a bed of kale garnished with sea vegetables
~Duo of Duck, Confit duck leg rillettes and pan fried duck breast served with a fondant potato, wilted greens and a port and red current jus
~Lune Valley Fillet Steak with thick cut chips, vine cherry tomatoes, field mushroom, beer battered onion rings and a sauce of your choice (£7 supplement)
~Mushroom and Chestnut Pudding with a rich red wine sauce served with onion mash and roasted vegetables.
~Spice Crusted Rack of Lamb with spinach potatoes and a moilee tomato sauce
~ Baileys and White Chocolate Torte served with Wallings Irish Cream ice cream and chocolate dipped strawberries
~ Crepe Suzette in a silky butter orange sauce flamed with a Grand Marnier and topped with vanilla cream
~Mango Sorbet with berries and meringue spears dressed with Pimms and fresh mint
