All our stunning en-suite rooms have king-size beds with the flexibility in some rooms for fabulously comfortable twin bed options. All rooms include a delicious full Lancashire breakfast.

Room 1 – En-suite Luxury Suite – Double or Twin from £145
Finished to the highest standards, our spacious luxury suite has a separate stunning bedroom and relaxing lounge area. The bedroom leads onto a beautiful Italian marble en-suite wet room. Occupied as either a twin or a super king size double the suite includes bathrobes, and a delicious welcoming hospitality tray.

Room 2 En-suite Executive Double from £100
This spacious room located at the back of the property features an indulgent super king size bed with comfortable topper. The room features a welcoming hospitality tray, smart T.V, and bathrobes. From the bedroom steps lead down to the en-suite wet room, complete with Bath House of Cumbria toiletries.

Room 3 En-suite Luxury Double from £95
This relaxing room is located at the front of the property and features an extremely comfortable super king size bed with indulgent topper, cosy bathrobes, a smart T.V and welcoming hospitality tray. The en-suite wet room is tiled in the finest Italian marble.

Room 4 En-suite Luxury double from £95
Located at the front of the building this room has a fantastic view of Dalton Square and features a king size bed with luxurious topper. The room also includes a welcoming hospitality tray, cosy bathrobes, and dressing table. The Italian marble wet-room features Bath House of Cumbria toiletries.

Room 5 En-suite Executive double with bath from £100
This room features an incredibly comfortable super king size bed, welcoming hospitality tray and cosy bathrobes. This is the only room to have a free standing bath as well as a separate shower. Bath house toiletries and bath salts are provided.

Room 6 En-suite Luxury Double from £95
This bright room located at the back of the building features an indulgent super king size bed, dressing table with hospitality tray and cosy bathrobes. The room has an Italian marble wet room which includes toiletries from The Bath House, Cumbria.

Room 7 En-suite Executive Double from £100
This spacious room features a super king size bed with indulgent topper. The room also includes a welcoming hospitality tray and bathrobes. The wet-room is tiled in Italian marble and features Bath House of Cumbria toiletries.

Room 8 En-suite Executive double/twin from £95
Our most spacious and most popular room features a super king size bed with comfortable topper. The room can either be set up as a double or twin room. The room features a welcoming hospitality tray, cosy bathrobes and dressing table. The en-suite wet room is tiled in Italian Marble and features Bath House of Cumbria toiletries.

Room 9 En-suite luxury double/twin from £95
Able to be configured as either a double or twin room this room has a super king size bed, hospitality tray and bathrobes. The en-suite wet room includes Bath House toiletries. This room is at the back of the building and has a view of Ashton Memorial and Lancaster Cathedral.
