Roasted Butternut Squash (v)

Filled with chickpeas and spinach and served with a tomato sauce and a side of Borough Super Salad

 

Steamed Steak and Ale Pudding

Locally reared prime cuts of steak cooked in Borough Indian Pale Ale served with hand-cut chips and sautéed Lancashire savoy cabbage and onions
